HB Environmental Engineers, Inc., also designs, supplies and supervises the installation of packaged sewage treatment plants for camps, residential compounds, hotels and other small communities. Population served is up to 5,000 people.

Our packaged sewage treatment plants are of prefabricated steel or fiberglass construction. We also supply all the equipment necessary for in-place concrete tankage.

There are basically four compartments or chambers in a sewage treatment plant: aeration, settling, aerated sludge holding and chlorine contact chambers. The internal equipment consist of galvanized steel piping, air diffusers, duplex air blowers, submersible pumps and chlorination equipment. A control panel is also supplied and installed on the blower housing (see picture below).

Delivery period for the internal equipment to be installed on site is about 4-5 weeks ex-works. We can ship thse equipment all over the world in a 20 or 40 ft container. Of course a set of 'as built' drawings are also provided.
